- We currently do not offer international shipping
- For special delivery (next-day or 2nd-day) service, orders must be placed before 10:30 AM EST on business days
- Orders received after 10:30 AM or during weekends will be processed on the next business day
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability
- Once an order is in transit, FedEx shipping policies will apply
4. Returns, Replacements and Warranties
If a tool proves unsatisfactory in performance, we will replace it free of charge, provided it is sent to us freight prepaid for inspection.
Tools will not be considered defective if:

- They have been misused
- They have been damaged through improper use
